Refund Policy

At Cloud VPS Pakistan, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality and data security.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only within the following time frames from the date of purchase:

- Germany, Karachi, and Lahore VPS: within 48 hours

- Islamabad VPS: within 14 days

- USA and all other locations: non-refundable


2. Non-Refundable Services

We do not refund partial monthly fees for any accounts. No refunds are given for:

- USA VPS or Cloud Services

- Dedicated Servers

- Storage Services

- Domain Registration Fees

- OS License


3. Cancellation Policy

Customers must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before the next billing period. After the refund window or active billing cycle begins, no refund requests will be processed.


4. Notes

All setup fees are non-refundable. Once a VPS IP is assigned, it cannot be reissued to another customer, ensuring data privacy and security. We Will Charge USD 2.5 or Rs. 750 and Refund Rest of the amount.
